What does this mean our original brain in modern life?

Our Original Brain is designed to operate on AUTO pilot. To act without thinking!

Humans ARE BORN INSECURE and have to find security. This is a BOLD STATEMENT on my part, but we don't have to remain feeling insecure. I believe deeply if we pay attention, allow ourselves to feel, and examine those feelings. How does all of this fit into my life? What is the lesson behind this experience?

It doesn't have to be a deep reflective exercise...But I find being open, giving myself permission to allow that information to rise to the top without negative judgements from our mind. Feel the experience. Observe it as if watching a movie....a neutral observer reflecting, considering what you are experiencing...Even if you are observing, you are still participating......staying connected

When we  listen to our inner voice, our spirit,  follow our intuition it guides us to experiences that will enhance us, teach us, help us grow and develop our self awarenessSelf awareness is the key to all the doors, of all the possibilities.............

Sometimes it doesn’t feel good to feel as there can be many unpleasant meanings attached to our emotions. Our memories are here to teach us.....but unfortunately sometimes the pain is overwhelming, the grief is so deep and consuming. We can find ourselves in the dorsal vagal state. https://www.traumatism-fieldnotes.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Hypoarousal-Dorsal-vagal-Collapse.pdf

Please know you can be your own sunshine......feel, listen, reflect, allow your inner self to speak.....

Life can be about learning how to be more than your BRAIN! You can create a life where you can get more of what you want and less of what don’t want. I do this through being self-aware, paying attention allowing myself to feel. Breathing, reflecting and learning.

" The organism has one basic tendency and striving - to actualize, maintain, and enhance the experiencing organism."
